White People

I, along with half of the internet, have discovered a blog called Stuff White People Like. Each post describes a different thing white people like, such as irony, i.e. being a white person who links to a site making fun of white people.

In other news, I was recently in college library studying, in the coffee-shop section where flashy-books on ethic and gender studies are put on display. I noticed the following title: Critical White Studies. The back cover began by declaring "No longer content with accepting whiteness as the norm, critical scholars have turned their attention to whiteness itself." Though I didn't have time to read it, I suspect it would have turned out to be just as funny as the above-linked website, only unintentionally.
