Ask yourself this: why is this man in the White House? The majority of Americans did not vote for him. Why is he there?This sounds like standard left-wing boiler plate. However, it comes from a U.S. general and Bush supporter in a standard talk made at churches:

God put him there to lead not only this nation but to lead the world, in such a time as this.This is the sort of mentality that could be used to justify a faction seizing power without popular mandate.
