The main problem with Bob is that his understanding of science is very outdated and the parts that aren't expressly outdated are wrong. Physicists have abandoned determinism. Physics claims the best we can do is probability, which means each individual event is *truly* random within constraints. We also know in chaotic systems, such as the atmosphere, small fluactions are amplified over time. Aditionally, his understanding of force and energy is wrong. His pseudo-scientific discussion of thought is wrong.

You're right, he does get a fair amount wrong. I thought of commenting on some of this, though I figured just get the stuff up--what isn't right still has some historical interest.
