True love? No such thing! [reads link] er... well, I guess it sucks to pay 12x as much to get 5% of what most people get.

I've heard opponents of gay marriage say, "well, they can have a contract if they want," but such people do not strike me as eager to pass a civil unions law to make those contracts easy to get.
