Victory for human rights

Via Charging RINO, the Senate has passed McCain's anti-torture amendment by a 90-9 margin. The White House spokesperson is talking veto, which Bush might be stupid enough to do, but it won't matter assuming the House passes the bill by a remotely similar margin.
